On the Blog again!

It has been a long time since I have blogged! To be honest, I couldn't remember my pass word! Typical of me. A whole year and a few months have passed and most of you all know about things in our family. Nothing exciting, all very normal! But just in case something fabulous does happen, I thought I would start letting you know!
Just recently we came home from the hospital because of Nathan having pneumonia. He had strep and an ear infection. He was a super sick baby. Thank goodness for antibiotics! We did stay overnight so he could be monitored and make sure his breathing was good and he was getting enough oxygen. He bounced back pretty quick.
Giorgie was given a pre-school work book from Grandma and is loving it. She said "Dad! I know how to spell dog"! D-O- and the letter in my name!" Very smart grill! Just like her mother! We expect great things from her.
CJ is, well, as energetic as he can be. His focus has been on trying to be nice to Giorge! This will be, I believe, his mission in life. Everyday I watch him try so hard to please her and not kill her and every day she is typical Giorge and snubs him or acts like she is a snoby teenager. They will obviously be best friends when they are older! Max is the sunshine in our home. He never complains, he is always helping without being asked and he is always laughing his infectouse laugh at his silly baby brother. You can have the worst day possible and hear Max giggle and your trouble melt away. Sam is huge! He is growing so fast. He went from a 12 last year to a 18 this year! He is tall and slender with teenish muscles. His voice is changing and everyonce in a while I will get a scare thinking " who is that strange man in my house?" Then I realize it is Sam. Still sweet Sam. My baby. Sniff, sniff.
Other than dying my hair a dark auburn and Chris working at the station M-F from 7-5pm. Things are the same. He is doing a trial period as the training officer for the firestation. It is the first time in 15 years that I get to have him home every evening for dinner! It took some time to get used to but now I love it and so do the kids. We do hope he gets the position.
